can’t recommend Dr. Jeff Buizastrow and the team at Bay Ridge Endo highly enough. I came in with two old, severely infected root canals that needed retreatment, and from the very first visit I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Buizastrow is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He explained everything clearly, took his time, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable. But the true heart and soul of the practice is Franchesca. She is an absolute angel. She calms your nerves, helps with scheduling, follows up, and genuinely cares about every patient. Her kindness and compassion made all the difference. Thank you, Dr. Buizastrow and Franchesca, for your outstanding care. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend this practice to anyone needing an endodontist.

I had the pleasure of getting a root canal by Dr. Jeff. He took me in an emergency the same day, I was originally seen by a dentist at a different practice that referred me here and it was the best and most painless experience I’ve had. He’s very smart, kind and is passionate about his work. Not only did he provide me with excellent care but he also called me personally the next day to make sure I was feeling ok. I had an excellent experience at Bay Ridge Endodontics. Dr. Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained clearly what the procedure would entail. The staff was very friendly and genuinely concerned that I was satisfied with the treatment that I received. The office was very clean. Dr. Jeff is amazing. As someone who experiences severe anxiety with dentists, I have nothing but amazing things to say about him. His presence is grounding, and you can tell he actually cares. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond ensuring I had an amazing experience. I 100% recommend him, and will recommend him to anyone I know who needs root canal work.
